The alternatives
For a place that is full or does not host groups, an equivalent in:100 proposal, in the same city or less than an hour away.
The comparison
The offers received, side by side: price per person, what is included, meeting rooms, accessibility.
The booking
You choose and contract with the places, in your own name; we stay in touch until confirmation.
How it works
You ask
from your pre-itinerary or through the form: your dates, the group size, your constraints.
Within two working days
we acknowledge and pass your request on to each place, without your contact details.
Within a week
the places’ offers come in; we follow up and look for an alternative for each refusal.
You choose
and contract with the places you keep. They pay us 10% of the booking: you pay nothing to in:Expeditions.
Scouting or bespoke
With the scouting, you book and pay each place directly; we pass on, compare and follow up. The encounters and activities of your pre-itinerary, contacting, negotiating and confirming them, designing the programme and going with you: that is the bespoke service, from €700 excl. VAT per person.

Who

Purpose
The scouting is a business-introduction service, for business customers only (companies, institutions, schools, networks, public bodies): in:Expeditions passes your request on to the host places (stays, tables) of your pre-itinerary and returns their offers to you. Any request means accepting these terms.
No fee
in:Expeditions invoices you nothing. The host places pay it a 10% commission on bookings born from its requests, under the introduction terms agreed with them. The offers you receive are the places’ own, at their prices.
What you receive
Within two working days, the acknowledgement and the transmission of your request; within a week, the places’ offers (availability, capacity, conditions, group prices) side by side, and an in:100 alternative for every place that is full or does not host groups.
What stays between you and the places
The booking, the contract and the payment, in your own name, directly with each place. in:Expeditions neither sells nor books the services, collects nothing on your behalf and is not a party to the contract.
Your data
Your request is passed on to the places without your contact details: organisation, group size, dates, needs. Your details are given to them when you keep their offer. The rest is processed under our privacy policy, at /en/confidentialite.
Stopping
You can stop the request at any time by e-mail, free of charge. A place that does not answer within the week is reported as such, with an alternative.
Liability
in:Expeditions is bound by an obligation of means. Availability, conditions and prices are those the places give and may change; you alone decide on your bookings. in:Expeditions is not liable for the performance of the places’ services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.
in:Expeditions is a business introducer: each place sells and invoices its own services. Collection and bespoke prices are starting prices excluding tax per person, for ten people at least, on quotation.
