Impact team retreat
An impact team retreat brings your people together around one question: how can your organisation help solve a social or environmental problem? in:Expeditions answers it in the field, as a learning expedition: your teams meet the social entrepreneurs, foundations and companies that have already transformed their model.
Encounters are chosen from a map of 2,500 active initiatives: a shareholder foundation in La Rochelle, solidarity house-shares, a third place in the northern districts of Marseille, a circular economy plant in Flins, a low-tech lab in Concarneau.
The format serves collective learning: understanding, getting inspired, deciding together. It is designed for leadership teams, CSR and innovation teams, and any team that wants to connect its work to the great transitions. Every programme is tailor-made for teams from France, Belgium, Switzerland or Canada.

How your project is prepared
- It starts with a 15 to 45 minute interview with an in:Expeditions journalist: your constraints, expectations and learning goals.
- in:Expeditions then recommends 2 to 4 destinations, chosen from a constantly updated map of 2,500 active initiatives.
- If you wish, its journalists and expedition leaders join the group on site: they run the discussions, introduce the topics and share their analysis at the end of each day.
