Version of 26 October 2026. These terms can be consulted at any time on the website; you can save or print them.
in:Expeditions SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 1,000 euros, 8 rue Lacépède, 75005 Paris, France, RCS Paris 830 860 607, SIREN 830 860 607.
Contact: bonjour@inexpeditions.com.
These terms govern the sale of Agent A\lex ("A\lex") on the page www.inexpeditions.com/en/alex to any person, consumer or business ("the buyer").
Placing an order means accepting these terms, which prevail over any other document from the buyer. The terms that apply are those in force on the date of the order.
A\lex is digital content: a .zip file containing the instructions of an artificial intelligence agent, the in:Expeditions method in eight steps, our budget template, the catalogue of our 21 learning expeditions and the encounters already told by our journalists, with instructions for importing it.
A\lex runs in a third-party AI service: Claude, ChatGPT, Le Chat or Gemini. Access to these services, and any subscription they require, are not included in the price and remain the buyer's responsibility. Compatibility is ensured for these services as they work on the date of sale.
The "A\lex and its agents" offer adds the instructions of five specialist agents (scouting, logistics, budget, storytelling, facilitation), the places to stay recommended by in:Expeditions, an access key to the A\lex MCP server for 12 months and updates for 12 months.
A\lex solo: €90 including VAT, that is €75 excluding VAT plus €15 VAT at 20%. Delivered as the file alex.zip.
A\lex and its agents: €450 including VAT, that is €375 excluding VAT plus €75 VAT at 20%. Delivered as the file alex-et-ses-agents.zip and an access key to the MCP server valid for 12 months.
Prices are in euros, including French VAT at 20%. Payment is one-off: no subscription, no automatic renewal.
in:Expeditions may change its prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed when the order is placed. A promotion code may be offered; it applies under the conditions stated with it.
The buyer chooses an offer on the /alex page and is taken to Stripe's secure payment page. There, the buyer enters an email address and payment details and checks the order summary (offer, price including VAT).
Before paying, the buyer accepts these terms of sale. A consumer buyer also gives express consent for the supply of A\lex to begin immediately after payment, and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal as a result.
The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed. An order confirmation is sent by email to the address given; it restates the express consent and the waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Payment is made online, in a single instalment, through Stripe, by card or by the other methods Stripe offers on the payment page. The amount is charged when the order is placed.
Card details are entered at Stripe and are never passed on to in:Expeditions.
Delivery is immediate. After payment, the buyer returns to the /alex page, which checks the payment and shows the button to download the file: alex.zip for A\lex solo, alex-et-ses-agents.zip for A\lex and its agents. For the second offer, the same page also shows the MCP server access key and how to connect.
We recommend saving the file and copying the key as soon as they appear.
If the download does not start, or if the page was closed too early, the buyer writes to bonjour@inexpeditions.com from the address used to pay, and we send A\lex, and the key where applicable, within one business day.
Consumer buyers. A consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Under Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
A\lex is supplied immediately after payment. By giving express consent when ordering, the consumer requests this immediate supply and waives the right of withdrawal. This consent is confirmed in the order confirmation email. No refund is therefore due on withdrawal grounds.
If this express consent was not obtained, the consumer keeps the right of withdrawal for 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, to be exercised by a clear statement sent to bonjour@inexpeditions.com. The consumer is then refunded within 14 days, by the payment method used, and undertakes to stop using A\lex and not to share it.
Business buyers. A buyer ordering for the purposes of their professional activity has no right of withdrawal.
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If the file is defective, incomplete or does not match its description, the consumer can ask for it to be brought into conformity or, failing that, for a price reduction or the cancellation of the sale with a refund. Simply write to bonjour@inexpeditions.com describing the defect.
A\lex remains the property of in:Expeditions, which holds the rights to its instructions, method, texts and data. The purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, with no time limit for the version of the file purchased.
This licence allows the buyer and the members of the buyer's organisation (company, institution, school) to use A\lex for their own projects: import it into their AI tools, adapt it for internal use, and freely use the programmes, budgets and documents it helps them produce.
It does not allow reselling, renting, assigning or distributing A\lex, publishing it or sharing it outside the buyer's organisation (including as a public GPT, agent or Gem), or using it to design a competing product or service.
Any use outside this licence is an infringement and may lead to the access key being deactivated.
The access key lets the buyer's team connect A\lex and its agents to their own assistants through the in:Expeditions MCP server, for 12 months from the issue of the key. The server always serves the latest version of the content: the updates of these 12 months are delivered through it.
The key belongs to the buyer's organisation and must be kept confidential. If it is lost or disclosed, the buyer writes to us to obtain a new one, and the disclosed key may be deactivated.
in:Expeditions uses its best efforts to keep the server available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability: interruptions for maintenance or outages at the host remain possible.
At the end of the 12 months, MCP access ends. The downloaded file remains usable with no time limit. Access can be extended with a new purchase.
A\lex produces proposals: programmes, encounters, budgets, journeys, emission estimates, texts. These proposals depend on the AI service used and on the information provided, and must be checked before any decision: prices, availability, timetables, contacts, access conditions and regulations change.
in:Expeditions guarantees no result. The buyer remains the organiser of the project and alone decides on choices, bookings, and the safety and insurance of participants.
Buying A\lex does not entrust the organisation of a trip to in:Expeditions. If the buyer wants our team to organise it, they submit a brief on the website: that is covered by a separate contract.
in:Expeditions has an obligation of means. It is not liable for decisions made on the basis of A\lex's proposals, for the operation of or changes to third-party AI services, or for indirect damage (loss of business, loss of revenue, harm to reputation).
For business buyers, the total liability of in:Expeditions for an order is limited to the price paid for that order.
For consumer buyers, these limits apply to the extent permitted by law and do not deprive the consumer of any statutory right.
Stripe sends a receipt by email after payment. To obtain an invoice, the buyer writes to bonjour@inexpeditions.com with the email address used to pay, the name of the organisation, the billing address and, if any, the EU VAT number.
The data collected when ordering is processed under our privacy policy, available on the website.
Any complaint should first be sent in writing to bonjour@inexpeditions.com. We answer as quickly as possible.
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection granted by the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
Failing an amicable settlement, a dispute with a consumer is brought before the court that has jurisdiction under the law. A dispute with a business falls under the competent courts of Paris.
These terms exist in French and in English. In case of discrepancy between the two versions, the French version prevails.
