On-site benchmark

An on-site benchmark means seeing solutions at work with the people who built them: Renault’s pioneering circular economy plant in Flins, the first e-garage in France in Nantes, Decathlon’s new rental models in Belgium.

Your team visits, asks its questions to the people on site and comes back with ideas it can apply. in:Expeditions chooses the sites, prepares the encounters and runs the discussions.

How your project is prepared

  • It starts with a 15 to 45 minute interview with an in:Expeditions journalist: your constraints, expectations and learning goals.
  • in:Expeditions then recommends 2 to 4 destinations, chosen from a constantly updated map of 2,500 active initiatives.
  • If you wish, its journalists and expedition leaders join the group on site: they run the discussions, introduce the topics and share their analysis at the end of each day.
