The terms” In: expeditions ”,” we ”,” our ” or” Our ” used in these Conditions refer to the company In:expeditions, based at 8, rue Lacépède in the 5th arrondissement of Paris.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and In:expeditions (as defined below) that governs your access to and use of the In:expeditions site.

‍Our commitments

We are committed to:
- guarantee a high level of expertise in the field of sustainable development and social commitment.
- test each video expedition beforehand and have them validated by our committee (also called the beta testers).
- maintaining quality criteria in the curation and choice of our experts: the commitment to sustainable development and social innovation.
- that our video expeditions are live and not pre-recorded.
- ensure a good level of interaction between our experts and our participants.
- that our experts do not in any way present music, a book, a video or any form of art protected by copyright as long as they are not the authors. With one exception, if they have obtained the necessary rights, licenses and authorizations.

Our experts are committed to ensuring that:
- our video expeditions are not recorded for purposes other than those expected by IN:expeditions.
- our video expeditions are not taken or transmitted without the authorization of In:expeditions and all our participants.
- our video expeditions do not involve the presence of children, on photos, on videos, with or without authorization.

‍Our participants are committed to:
- show up for the meeting at the time and on the day indicated.
- We do not provide any reimbursement to participants if they, late, are refused by our experts at the entrance to the platform.

We are committeds to be proposed one alternative video shipping to our participants in the following situations, and in the event that the participant then refuses, we provide a full refund:
- one of our experts does not carry out the video expedition or shows up 20 minutes late.
- one of our experts is making considerable changes to the educational content of what is planned.
- one of our experts is experiencing serious technical problems (no connection, sound faulty for several minutes, image cut for more than five minutes).

‍Our cancellation conditions

You are an expert
If you want to cancel your video expedition, you must inform the organizers.
We accept cancellation:
- when the weather conditions do not allow an optimal video expedition to be carried out, that these may harm the video expedition
- when for personal reasons, you are not in a position to carry out the video expedition.

As an expert, you therefore undertake to program a new video expedition in agreement with us and our participants.

You are a participant
Do you want to cancel your video expedition? It is imperative that you notify the organizers. You can request the cancellation of your video expedition and obtain a full refund, if within 7 days, before your video expedition, justify the occurrence of a case of force majeure:
- the death of a close relative.
- a serious and unexpected illness or injury affecting the participant.
- unexpected problems related to material damage, lack of maintenance or equipment failure.
- this requires the provision of a supporting document.

Do you want to postpone the date or time of your video expedition? You can postpone the date or time of your video expedition within 24 hours after booking and up to 72 hours before the start of the video expedition. The request for a deferral applies in consideration of the time of purchase and the initial start date of the video expedition.

Has your video expedition been cancelled for any reason?
‍Cancellation by the expert is allowed for meteorological or personal reasons. The participant may then require a delay in his video expedition; in case of refusal, the participant may require a full refund.

Our operating costs in:Expeditions
‍We want to support the structure and the project of our experts, which is why we are committed to donating 100% of the income to the projects or causes they support. Platform operating costs apply in deduction of this income. They never exceed 10% of the total.

Currently, we do not charge service fees to participants for shipments.

‍VAT invoicing
According to the legislation in force in the area concerned, the VAT is charged in addition to host and guest service fees. The service charge will include these VAT charges where applicable.
