### Where do you put a farm when the city has no land left?

In the 18th arrondissement, Cultivate farms the rooftops. In Rotterdam, a dairy farm has floated in the port since 2019. Between the two lies London, where the Stock Exchange opened a market for green and social bonds that same year, and where Sustainable Ventures hosts some 500 climate start-ups. IMMERSION 1

#### Paris, days 1 to 3: the farm on the roofs

Cultivate has planted its crops on the roofs of the 18th arrondissement, one of the largest urban farms in Europe. In the former Sorbonne-Nouvelle campus, emptied ahead of renovation, the Césure association has opened a temporary place of learning.

#### London, days 4 to 6: the City and the climate

The London Stock Exchange, birthplace of social impact bonds, opened a market for green, social and sustainable bonds in 2019. Sustainable Ventures supports around 500 climate and clean-tech start-ups.

#### Rotterdam and Amsterdam, days 7 to 10: the farm on the water

In the port of Rotterdam, a dairy farm has floated since 2019, close to the residents it feeds. The port, Europe’s largest, is preparing for carbon neutrality. In Amsterdam, Fairphone makes a phone its owner can repair.
