### From the Wall to wasteland turned laboratory

At Tempelhof, the former airport, a stormwater basin built in 1938 still collects the rain. Since 2018 a non-profit has run the Floating University there, an open-air school on climate and the water cycle. At Studio Olafur Eliasson, a team of craftspeople and researchers produces the artist’s work. The group looks back at The Impossible Project, which bought the machines from Polaroid’s last film factory in 2008 and brought instant film back. Leadership teams ask what to do with an asset the market has written off.

### Three immersions for a Berlin learning expedition

IMMERSION 1

#### The Impossible Project: Polaroid revival

The Impossible Project revived the Polaroid in a context where instant technology seemed doomed. Attendees will discover the challenges and motivations behind the revival of a tech icon, inspiring reflection on the potential for revival in their own industry.

IMMERSION 2

#### Floating University

An experimental environmental education center on an improvised aquatic site, Floating University is dedicated to new ecological practices and the reuse of urban space in a sustainable way. Participants will explore the challenges of resource management in a context of global warming.

IMMERSION 3

#### Studio Olafur Eliasson

Immerse yourself in the world of the artist who defies the laws of perception and transforms spaces through light, colors, and illusions. Eliasson's work, known for transforming public places into immersive environments, invites us to rethink our connection with space and nature, a crucial message for leaders seeking transformation.
