## Learning expeditions from Belgium

Since 2015, in:Expeditions has organised learning expeditions and impact-driven team offsites for companies and institutions in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Canada. From Brussels, Paris is 1 h 22 away by Eurostar, Amsterdam 1 h 52 and London 2 h 01, so most destinations in the catalogue are a train ride away. Once there, your team meets the people behind the projects, chosen from a map of 2,500 impact initiatives.

### Where you leave from

Three destinations in the catalogue are less than two and a half hours from Brussels by direct train. A Belgian team can do a one-day learning expedition, or leave in the morning and hold its first meetings the same afternoon. Berlin, Zurich and Milan are reachable by night train.

Brussels : Brussels-Midi is the easiest starting point: direct Eurostar trains to Paris (1 h 22), Amsterdam (1 h 52) and London (2 h 01), TGV to Marseille, European Sleeper night trains to Berlin, Zurich and Milan.

Liège : Liège-Guillemins has direct Eurostar trains to Paris in 2 h 14 and ICE trains to Cologne, where you connect for Freiburg and Berlin.

Antwerp : Antwerp Central is on the Eurostar line between Brussels and Amsterdam. Since September 2026, two ICE trains a day also link it to Liège and Cologne.

Ghent, Namur, Charleroi, Mons : A change at Brussels-Midi connects you to all of these trains.

### In practice

Prices and quotes are in euros, excluding VAT, per person: from €700 excl. VAT in Paris to €4,000 excl. VAT in Geneva, depending on the destination. Each destination page shows its starting price.

Programmes run in French or in English, as the group prefers.

A learning expedition is designed for a group of at least 10 people.

Everything starts with a 15 to 45 minute call with an in:Expeditions journalist, by video or phone: your constraints, your expectations, your goals. in:Expeditions then recommends 2 to 4 destinations. All the preparation happens remotely.

If you need it, journalists and expedition leaders travel with the group: they run the discussions, introduce each topic and share their analysis at the end of the day.
